Job Summary:
Provide information to potential customers about various products and services offered by clients. Play a key role in increasing sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work as an individual contributor, build and manage professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations.
Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from client products and services.
Prompt resolution of client complaints.
Assist the sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow-up and time-bound closures.
Qualification:
Any Graduate/Post graduate candidates can apply. Preferably 6+ months of experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing. Basic computer skills and software knowledge of MS office required.
Confident and friendly communication with customers is essential.
