Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our core technology team. You will be responsible for designing and developing backend services that drive our supply chain platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a performance-focused and collaborative environment.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems and various services.
  • Design data models and database schemas to support application features.
  • Develop Java-based backend applications for our supply chain software products.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
  • Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Java and NoSQL-based databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.
  • Built a significant module or sub-module from scratch in a previous role.
  • Managed a team of at least 3 developers.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
