Job Overview

Drive Demand Planning & Fulfilment Excellence

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of supply chain management. Your expertise in demand planning and fulfilment will enable us to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop JDA templates for Supply and Inventory Planning that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Integration team to create Functional Designs, Field Mapping Documents, and Technical Designs.
  • Define data requirements, test scenarios, and document external interface requirements.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve queries, clarify doubts, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, review them, and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with JDA and supply chain management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
