Enterprise Transition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's transition efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale migration projects.

  • Minimum 16 years of IT project management experience, focusing on non-financial and administrative functions.
  • Adept at using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is an asset.

  3. Establish robust governance structures, monitor progress, and provide transparent updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Proactively identify and address project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  5. Capture best practices and ensure their reinforcement in future projects.
  6. Provide training to internal managers on our organization's transition methodology and approach.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and refine our transition approach.
