Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our global services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering IT service projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role will involve leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

A key focus area for this role will be to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that all projects meet contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) obligations and internal performance standards.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage project-based teams to deliver high-quality results.
  2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  4. Maintain accurate project records, including financial and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing projectized environments, IT service delivery, and people management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in team management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project).
