About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our dynamic studio in Bengaluru. With 10-15 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning, you will be responsible for leading a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality and timely products to clients. As a Project Director, you will manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings, ensuring that all work is carried out to meet client requirements.

You will provide design and technical guidance, lead communication between project teams, clients, and consultants, and anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  2. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects within budget and timeframe
  3. Lead and mentor a team of architects and senior architects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  4. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  5. Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, a master's degree preferred
  • An extensive portfolio of work preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects, leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
