Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banking Professional to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will have a multi-faceted role with front-end and back-end responsibilities to ensure the success of customers using our services.

  • You will work on creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies as well as stages of their business operations.
  • You will advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • Ensure quality services are delivered to clients while adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deals together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal documentation: Creating pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients.
  • Client advisory: Advising clients on structuring funding rounds and meeting investor needs.
  • Project management: Managing multiple deals and ensuring timely delivery of quality services.
