Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage new business opportunities in assigned regions or sectors.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable automation solutions (sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, safety devices, etc.).
  • Presentation of technical solutions to customers and product demonstrations.
  • Preparation and follow-up on quotations, negotiation of terms, and closing of orders.
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.
  • Monitoring competitors' activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Support for marketing activities such as trade shows, webinars, and customer seminars.
  • Creation of sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales of industrial automation products or solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of automation products (sensors, controllers, drives, robotics, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer applications.
  • Readiness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
