We are looking for a skilled automation professional to lead our test automation efforts in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will design and develop reusable architectures for test automation using Selenium, consult on Agile testing and test automation, and prepare reusable functions to improve the robustness and maintainability of their test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test frameworks that accommodate both functional automation and CI tools (GitHub/Azure DevOps).
  • Work with test engineers to create a reusable architecture for test automation using Selenium.
  • Consult and implement the right-fit test automation approach.
  • Prepare reusable functions to improve the robustness, reusability, and maintainability of their test scripts.
  • Lead the effort to build test frameworks and extend existing frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 6 years' relevant experience/expertise in Selenium/Appium test automation using Python.
  • Hands-on current experience authoring, building, and adopting large-scale, cross-functional Selenium/Protractor automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, back-end integration, database levels.
  • Good understanding of solid design principles and various framework design pattern implementation.
  • Deep understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD, hybrid) and technology stacks (JavaScript, Python).
  • Deep practical experience with cutting-edge tools for web, mobile, DB, and web-service testing.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree 6+ years of experience in QA Automation of Web Applications, Web Services, and REST APIs.
