Job Title: Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and be able to manage a team of procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a team of procurement professionals to ensure smooth execution of procurement processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Performance Review Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Supplier Information Management: Monitor and manage supplier information to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data related to procurement.
  • Procure to Pay Cycle: Oversee the entire procure to pay cycle, including RFx process, purchase order creation, and reconciliation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in procurement software, such as JDE, SAP, and Ariba.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex information to senior management.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management and analytical skills, with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
