Job Title: Data Analyst

About the Job

Anaxee Digital Runners Private Limited is hiring a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights from complex data sets and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.


Responsibilities
  • Data Flow Management: Ensure smooth data flow from source to destination for efficient processing.
  • Database Skills: Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets and extract valuable insights.
  • Data Cleansing: Filter and cleanse unstructured data to create usable data sets for analysis.
  • New Data Sources: Identify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and integrate them into our data infrastructure.
  • Tool Development: Build tools for automating repetitive tasks to optimize bandwidth for analytics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and business analysts to develop high-impact insights across product lines and functions.
  • Information Prioritization: Collaborate with top management to prioritize information and analytic needs.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science), preferably with over [X] years of work experience.
  • Programming Skills: Ability to program in any high-level language is required, with familiarity with R and statistical packages preferred.
  • Problem Solving: Proven problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Database Technologies: Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL/R/SAS/JMP etc.), data warehousing, transformation, and processing.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Experience with text analytics, data mining, and social media analytics, as well as statistical knowledge in standard techniques such as Logistic Regression, Classification models, Cluster Analysis, Neural Networks, Random Forests, and Ensembles.
