About the Role:

At Kyari, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, managing major projects, and leading a team of 3-4 members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards for various functions within the company.

• Oversee all major projects related to business analysis, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

• Lead a team of 3-4 members, coordinating with external teams for project understanding and effective team management.

• Utilize advanced analytic and business intelligence techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, creating data visualizations to illustrate business trends and patterns.

• Present key insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making, designing and implementing analytic solutions using predictive modeling, machine learning, and other techniques.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed by senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel and familiar with product management tools like JIRA.

• Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process large volumes of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results.

• Having a 'results-oriented' attitude with a 'go-get-it-done' skill, knowledge of dashboard tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI, and experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

• 6+ years of in-depth experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, with proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization development.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Project Management: number of major projects completed on time and within budget.

• BI Dashboards: average time to develop and deploy a new dashboard.
