Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Content Strategist to lead our content development and execution across marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement an overarching content strategy aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives and visual content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Creative Content Development:
    • Conceptualize and produce high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and blog posts.
    • Create informative and entertaining content pieces that educate customers about hair health, product features, and customer success stories.
  • Performance Marketing Creatives:
    • Lead the creation of ad copy, scripts, and visuals for paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Optimize messaging and creative assets for different funnel stages, working closely with the performance marketing team.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to inform future content initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful content campaigns.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support for partnerships, influencer programs, and retention initiatives.

Ideal candidates will possess 4+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably within the D2C, health, wellness, or beauty industries. Strong understanding of brand storytelling and performance marketing is essential. Proven ability to manage and scale small to mid-sized content teams, excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to interpret content performance data and drive actionable insights.
