Senior Graphic Designer Role

We're seeking a seasoned creative professional to spearhead our brand's visual identity and drive engagement across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Design Process: Lead the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Cohesive Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all consumer interactions.
  • Influential Social Media Content: Oversee the creation of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that resonate with our audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that meet commercial goals.
  • Innovative Design Concepts: Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • D2C Expertise: Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Visual Storytelling: Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual narrative.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Additional Skills: Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media, photography or art direction background.
  • Pace and Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
