As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, managing logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, setting a positive office atmosphere.
  • Maintain office decorum and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Manage visitor management systems, handle phone calls, and take messages or calls to respective departments.
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets as needed.
