As an Academic Advisor, you will work closely with students to develop personalized plans for success, while also collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic guidance and counseling to students on course selection, registration, and academic planning.

  • Monitor student progress and provide timely intervention and support to ensure academic success.

  • Conduct regular counseling sessions to address academic concerns, improve performance, and enhance motivation.

  • Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrative staff to support student development and resolve academic issues.

  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation of counseling sessions.

  • Stay updated with educational trends, course offerings, and institutional policies to provide accurate advice.

  • Organize and participate in student orientation programs, workshops, and career counseling events.

  • Promote academic programs and provide guidance on admissions and program structures.
