Job Title: Full Stack Developer

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help drive our mission forward. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and user-friendly web applications.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using PHP, ReactJs, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Customize and implement WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors on our web applications.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the resolution of reported issues.

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party plugins to enhance web application functionality.

  • Customise and extend plugin functionalities as needed.

  • Write clean and efficient code to extend web application functionality as needed.

  • Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing responsive design principles.

  • Regularly update and maintain existing web applications to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect our web applications from potential threats.

  • Stay updated on the latest security trends and apply best practices for web application security.

  • Implement and test core updates, plugin updates, and theme updates.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to implement on-page SEO best practices on our web applications.

  • Monitor web application performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Optimize web application performance for speed and responsiveness.

  • Conduct regular performance testing and implement improvements.

  • Update and maintain web application content using WordPress CMS.

  • Ensure content is well-organized, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of web application configurations, updates, and custom features.

  • Provide clear and detailed documentation for other team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in developing PHP, ReactJs, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    • Experience with PHP frameworks / platforms such as WordPress, Joomla development, customization, and plugin integration.

    • Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress, and related websites.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
