Our organization is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the technical direction and mentor junior engineers. This role requires expertise in full stack development, including Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React.

Job Description

The successful candidate will guide technical direction, ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions, and work across the stack to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and development of full-stack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architecting scalable systems and ensuring adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Driving adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentoring junior engineers and leading code reviews

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms

Good to have: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration
