We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our organization.

About the Role

This position is responsible for designing visually appealing user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our users. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design methodologies, and front-end development technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a strong grasp of design principles and user-centered design approaches.
  • Create high-fidelity, innovative, and intuitive user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in visual design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in visual design, with a strong expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in visual design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
