Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Exponents Inc. is a top player in providing full-service Trade show booths and Exhibition stands in the USA, while Expo Display Service GmbH (EDS) offers similar services in Europe.

We have multiple facilities strategically located across US cities such as San Diego, Vegas, Dallas, and Orlando, as well as in Europe- Germany and Netherlands to cater to shows throughout the region.

As part of Exponents and EDS, we are fully owned subsidiaries of Insta Group and captive clients for its outsourcing arm in India, Insta Integrated Marketing Solutions LLP (IIMS).

IIMS has grown from 20 to 150 employees in the last five years. Our team of professionals works on Customer Service, space design, digital marketing, engineering, and project management, primarily serving trade show booth customers in the US and Europe from our Mumbai office.

We are growing at 25% y-o-y and plan to sustain this growth for at least five years. This means more trade show booth projects in the ever-growing US & Europe market and enhanced domain expertise out of India.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Process Lead - Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives focused on the USA market.

This role will be responsible for leading the overall digital growth, including SEO, content, social media, and performance marketing for U.S.-focused platforms.

  • Owning and driving the entire digital marketing roadmap for the USA market across SEO, content, social media, and campaign strategy.
  • Supervising the USA SEO team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing KPIs.
  • Developing and implementing high-level strategies for organic growth, brand visibility, and audience engagement across digital channels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (design, development, content, sales) to ensure integrated execution of digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full-time MBA (Marketing) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and traditional (classic) marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.
  • Experience working for a U.S. company/client focused on the U.S. market.
  • B2B marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and align marketing outcomes with business growth.
