The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education with significant experience in interacting with parents.

Responsibilities
  • Guide parents through the process of supporting their child's business ventures
  • Address concerns related to balancing academics with entrepreneurial pursuits
  • Manage premium relationships with parents, providing tailored support and engagement
  • Coordinate with global mentors from prestigious institutions like MIT and Stanford
  • Ensure high retention rates through systematic engagement and relationship-building strategies
  • Oversee student businesses, focusing on revenue generation and growth
We Need Someone Who:
  • Has at least 8 years of experience in education with heavy parent interaction
  • Comes from an IB/ICSE/CBSE educational background, preferably with experience in admissions, counseling, and coordination roles
  • Can effectively handle premium parents with sensitivity and build deep trust
  • Understands the importance of holistic development and its systematic approach
