AI Engineer Role OverviewThe role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development, playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows
  • Run Evals to measure and compare model performance
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback
  • Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based)
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English
  • Open to all levels of experience — from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals
