Job Title: STEM Content Reviewer

A skilled STEM Content Reviewer is required to develop and refine high-quality data for our AI model. This individual will work closely with the team to evaluate AI responses, create detailed solutions, and provide comprehensive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meticulously create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  2. Ensure all content adheres strictly to established quality rubrics, style guides, and pedagogical standards, focusing on accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
  3. Integrate subject matter expertise to provide comprehensive and insightful explanations that anticipate common student misconceptions.

Evaluation and Feedback:
  1. Rigorously evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  2. Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the AI model, identifying errors, inaccuracies, or areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.
  3. Participate in creating 'ground truth' solutions and evaluation datasets to benchmark AI model performance.

Requirements:
  1. Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in a relevant STEM field from a premier Tier-1 institution.
  2. Deep subject matter expertise with excellent conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
  3. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in competitive exams.
  2. Experience in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in a specialized STEM field.

  1. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a keen eye for minute details.
  2. Natural ability to explain concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  3. Capable of critically evaluating information and applying analytical reasoning to solve problems.
