**Data Specialist: STEM Expert**

This role is a crucial part of our team, where you will work closely with the lead to create, review and refine high-quality data for AI models. As a STEM expert, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity and pedagogical effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in a relevant field from a premier institution. They should also have strong expertise across a wide range of topics within their subject, covering syllabi for competitive exams and major undergraduate curricula. Experience in teaching, content writing or academic research is highly valued.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately. You should be able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity and pedagogical effectiveness
  • Apply deep knowledge in STEM subjects to assess complex problems and develop alternative approaches
  • Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in competitive exams
  • Expertise in developing high-quality, original problems of JEE Advanced and/or Olympiad level and/or GATE
