Job Description

As a seasoned interior design leader, you will head a high-performing team of designers and foster a thriving community of design partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee the design partner conversion metric, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager.
  • Mentor and coach your unit of design partners to optimize their performance, growth, and overall success.
  • Ensure consistent NPS scores by delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Predict and drive collections targets through efficient project management and process improvements.
  • Cultivate undiluted customer experiences across various project stages.
  • Collaborate with the central design team to integrate client insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless communication and delivery of customer projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the interior design field, preferably leading teams.
  • Proven people management skills, with experience in leading interior designers and architects.
  • Astute designer with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Skills:
  • Exposure to building and managing teams is an advantage.
