As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating with technical trainers to gather training plans and updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • SPOC Coordination:
    • Liaise with departmental technical trainers to gather training plans, updates, and inputs.
    • Maintain regular touchpoints for streamlined communication and alignment.
  • Participant Feedback Collection:
    • Administer feedback surveys post-training.
    • Track and ensure timely responses from participants.
  • Attendance Verification:
    • Verify submitted attendance sheets.
    • Follow up with absentees or trainers for missing information.
    • Finalize attendance data for upload.
  • Training Sampling:
    • Randomly attend training sessions to assess quality of delivery, engagement, and trainer effectiveness.
    • Document observations and share inputs with the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Course Content Review:
    • Ensure course materials are regularly updated and uploaded by technical trainers.
    • Cross-check alignment with current standards and structure.
  • Report Preparation:
    • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and reports categorized by department.
    • Highlight trends, anomalies, and key metrics.
  • LMS Uploads & Management:
    • Upload training data (attendance, feedback, course material) to the Learning Management System.
    • Ensure accurate tagging and metadata entry.
  • LMS Data QA & Approvals:
    • Audit LMS entries for accuracy and completeness.
    • Approve, reject, or flag entries for correction as needed.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in training coordination or Learning and Development operations.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
