Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, including experience in test strategy development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across projects.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with API testing, performance testing tools, and automated tests integration into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
What You'll DoTest Strategy & Leadership:
  • Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and product management teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy that aligns with business goals and software development processes.
Test Planning & Execution:
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Oversee manual and automated test execution, ensuring high-quality software releases.
Defect Management & Reporting:
  • Oversee defect tracking and management, ensuring issues are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved.
  • Generate QA metrics and reports to inform stakeholders and support product improvement.
