Job Opportunity: Experienced Instructor Needed

We are seeking a skilled instructor to deliver well control and sharp courses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their skills, collaborate with global training sites, and develop course materials.

  • Hold relevant academic credentials (e.g., engineering or education degree)
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses
  • Possess following certifications:
    • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
    • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
    • IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
    • IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate
  • Be highly motivated to deliver an engaging learning experience for participants
  • Skilled in designing and developing new training programs, modifying existing curriculum, and communicating key points effectively to diverse groups
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
