**Coding Instructor Wanted**

Codingal is on a mission to inspire kids to fall in love with coding. We're looking for passionate Python teachers who can teach coding in a fun and engaging way to young minds.

Our live online classes are taught by experienced instructors with a programming background. Students learn computer science through building apps, games, and websites, making it a fun and interactive experience.

We follow a standardized K-12 Computer Science Framework, designed to be engaging and easy to understand for students. By teaching coding at a young age, we empower students to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills, leading to better performance in other subjects and future career opportunities.

As a Python teacher, you'll have the opportunity to inspire students to take up Computer Science as a major in college and become creators of the future. You'll work with a dedicated team who are committed to making coding education accessible to every student.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Teach Python in a fun and engaging way to school students via online classes
  • Inspire students to learn coding at a young age
  • Assess student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback
  • Be available for at least 135 hours in a month, with longer hours on weekends
  • Teach 1:1 from the comfort of your home
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians

**Requirements:**

  • Passion for teaching school students, prior experience a plus
  • Curious mind and engineering background
  • Shift timings between 4PM to 10PM
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • A laptop with camera & microphone and good internet connection
  • Computer Science degree or coding background required
