Senior Full-Stack Developer Job

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, scaling, and secure development of web platforms. Your technical expertise will play a key part in shaping the future of our technology stack.

This role requires guiding our team, ensuring smooth deployments, and handling advanced backend and DevOps challenges. You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, as well as architecting and optimizing MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.

Your responsibilities will include owning the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy. You will also implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection, and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality.

You will troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting) and integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.). Additionally, you will document processes, create handover guides, and establish technical SOPs.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript.
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines).
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization.
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Redis/queues for caching and job processing.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Twilio/WhatsApp APIs.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices.
  • Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog).
