Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare site plans and specifications
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes
  • Direct or perform surveys and measurements
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities for timely completion of projects
  • Work with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations
  • Report on work progress and budget matters to seniors
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet the project Quality Standards and Design requirements
  • Address problems that might arise during construction
  • Ensure the project complies with all building and safety codes

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • On-site project management experience, with a focus on civil and structural engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Site Engineer with Degree/ Diploma in civil engineering with min 2-3 years' experience
