Construction Project Assistant Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to join our project management team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

  • You will assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
  • You will support the preparation of project budgets and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • You will develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • You will interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  • You will contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • You will coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • You will ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD are also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
