Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and provide technical consulting services for the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules, integrate with other applications, and develop process documentation
  • Conduct gap analysis, recommend optimized solutions, and ensure seamless business process integration
  • Train users, provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management, working closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner with effective communication skills
  • Basic project management and multitasking capabilities
  • Knowledge of key business domains: E-commerce, manufacturing, HR, CRM, sales, purchase, warehouse, and accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field
