Our organization is seeking an expert Data Engineer to develop and deliver high-quality features and solutions in our cutting-edge Data Warehouse team.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and scalability.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in software development, with a focus on backend and data engineering. You should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Shell Scripting, with experience in using cloud-based technologies like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, utilizing tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data-intensive applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Design, implement, and maintain data architectures, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
