The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAS programming, including Base SAS, SAS/STAT, Enterprise Miner, and Visual Analytics
  • Proficiency in Python programming, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and PySpark
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression, forecasting, clustering, classification, A/B testing, and causal inference
  • Experience leading large-scale data migrations from SAS to Python
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

This is a remote freelance opportunity requiring approximately 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
