We are seeking an experienced Vistex consultant who can leverage their expertise to drive success in complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure Vistex modules to optimize business processes and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Business Process Expertise: Apply industry best practices to manage rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integration: Ensure Vistex solutions integrate smoothly with Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance modules.
  • Client Interaction & Guidance: Provide trusted advisory services, leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions that meet client needs.
  • Documentation & Testing: Create comprehensive documentation, manage testing cycles, and ensure defect-free implementation.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution, providing timely support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Training: Deliver end-user training and support to facilitate successful adoption of the Vistex solution.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Vistex Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Vistex configurations, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.
  • SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and understanding of its integration with Vistex.
  • Business Understanding: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, minor developments, or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
