Senior Finance Compliance Specialist

As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing statutory and tax compliances, audit coordination, and monthly financial closing.
You will work closely with the finance controller to support all areas of finance, accounting, compliances, and reporting.
">Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Indian statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and ROC filings.
- Coordinate and execute statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and book closure activities, including preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Provide accurate and timely financial data to the finance controller for monthly/quarterly reviews and presentations.
- Handle all audit-related queries and liaise with external auditors to maintain proper audit trails and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent; CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA/M.Com preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function.
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in finalizing accounts and monthly financial closures.
- Strong Excel skills and experience in accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently.
