Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect, and Rhapsody. Create and modify interfaces to support new clinical workflows and business requirements.

  • Develop, test, and maintain seamless data exchange interfaces between clinical and enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and workflows.
  • Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues. Troubleshoot errors, message failures, and connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all interfaces, including design specifications, data maps, and operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and ability to write and execute SQL queries.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD).
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.
  • Good understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR data exchange, and interoperability concepts.
