Responsibilities:

  • Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality materials on project timelines.
  • Analyze FAQs and compile them during the process.
  • Conduct task and content analysis.
  • Create document structure and enhance visual content design.
  • Maintain high standards of written English and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Identify end-user requirements and create content aligned with those needs.
  • Cordinate with SMEs to define content scope, build materials, and review final products.
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy throughout the process, applying analytical thinking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in designing and delivering marketing and training materials.
  • Proficient in creating storyboards and design.
  • Ability to understand software-driven business processes.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience working independently and remotely with SMEs.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global requirements.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and technologies (preferred).
