Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Navigation Engineer to develop cutting-edge autonomous vehicle systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced navigation algorithms, including path planning, localization, and mapping.

  • Design and implement sophisticated navigation algorithms to ensure safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles in complex environments.
  • Develop and optimize motion planning systems for dynamic obstacle avoidance and trajectory generation.
  • Integrate semantic understanding of environments into navigation systems for enhanced decision-making.
  • Implement real-time sensor fusion techniques to ensure robust perception in dynamic environments.
  • Configure and customize Autoware modules for specific vehicle platforms.
  • Optimize Autoware's planning and control algorithms for real-world application.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Navigation Path Planning, Motion Planning, Sensor fusion, SLAM algorithms techniques.
  • Proficiency in working with LiDAR, camera, radar, and IMU sensors.
  • Hands-on experience with Auto ware and ROS2.
  • Familiarity with Machine/Deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with real-time systems and embedded software development.
  • Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in autonomous navigation or robotics development is necessary.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python, with a focus on ROS2 development, is also essential.
