Job Summary

The Branch Operations Manager oversees daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery, quality standards are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services within the location
  • Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency
  • Handle crisis situations professionally
  • Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, associates, government bodies, and other relevant authorities

Fleet Management:

  • Administer fleet management according to company policies
  • Properly allocate fleet to clients based on their requirements
  • Maintain necessary accessories for the fleet
  • Balance chauffeurs to fleet ratio

Sales & Servicing:

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow revenue from existing clients
  • Analyze market and performance data
  • Achieve set targets
  • Resolve major customer complaints effectively

Financial Management:

  • Prepare annual budget for the branch
  • Monitor fund flow and control expenses
  • Manage receivables efficiently
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Provide regular MIS reports with analysis to the Corporate office

Human Resources & Administration:

  • Oversee overall branch administration for optimal efficiency
  • Evaluate staff adequacy to meet Customer Service and Drivers needs
  • Assess team performance through regular appraisals
  • Implement and monitor statutory compliance
  • Maintain ISO standards
  • Manage contractual employees

Competencies:

  • Resource management and administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or Hotel Management
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance

Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company
