Flight Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end flight bookings, complex itineraries, and high-touch support for discerning clients.

As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will work across continents and carriers, ensuring every ticket is issued with precision, every fare is optimized, and every request is handled with discretion and speed.

• Manage flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Handle complex multi-city, international, and round-the-world itineraries.
• Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
• Action PNRs in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure complete documentation across systems.
• Coordinate fare optimization, refunds, and fare disputes directly with airline partners.
• Manage special service requests: seat preferences, unaccompanied minors, meals, medical needs, and urgent ticketing issues.
• Lead Debit Memo Management: Investigate and respond to ADMs with speed and accuracy, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
• Own Business Support System (BSP) and Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) workflows with precision - from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in flight ticketing for High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients, travel agencies, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or corporate desks.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• Deep understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning.
• Expertise with BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing.
• IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required.
• Polished verbal communication, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
