Job Title: Senior 3D Look Development Artist

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our creative team as a Senior 3D Look Development Artist. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of large-scale projects by developing, refining and maintaining materials, shaders, textures and Large Scale Environments to achieve photorealistic and cinematic results.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop, refine and maintain high-quality materials, shaders, textures and Large Scale Environments that meet the project's creative vision.
  • Define and implement look development standards across large-scale environments (20–50 km), ensuring optimized and efficient asset workflows.
  • Collaborate with FX, animation and other teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize scenes for performance in both offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • Ensure the highest level of detail and artistic quality, aligning with the project's creative vision.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4d and Unreal Engine 5+.
  • Proficiency in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance.

Soft Skills:

  • A strong eye for set composition, color theory and aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to achieve photoreal output.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment.
