Job Description:

About a pioneering media literacy platform that nurtures creativity and fundamental skills for navigating the ever-changing digital landscape.

We are seeking a skilled Educator to design and deliver engaging curriculum for students from grades 6 to 12, as well as conduct classes for Journalism, Photography, Film Making, Podcasting, and Graphic Design verticals. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in any discipline and at least 2 years of experience in the media industry with expertise in digital AV production, photography/filmmaking, content writing, video editing, and basic design knowledge.

  • Aiding in setting up educational hubs in schools including stock planning, procurements, and resource planning as needed
  • Planning and executing regular learning workshops and programs at various locations based on need
  • Developing and curating engaging media projects with students for maximum learning benefit
  • Liaising with industry experts for expert talks or student internships
  • Mentoring and executing club activities for senior students
  • Participating students in media-related competitions to win
  • Creating content for social footprint as needed
  • Video editing and creating short-form digital videos for branding campaigns when required
  • Managing coverage and creation of short-form digital videos for school events
  • Managing the lab by taking charge of operations and equipment
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in the media industry
  • Contributing towards central projects as needed
