About This Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll professional to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll expert to design, implement, and maintain complex payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solutions, including business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL.
- Ensure seamless integration with other applications and systems.
- Migrate and convert data between different systems.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing.
- Provide expert advice on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll best practices and solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solutions, including business process analysis and requirement definition.
- Excellent technical skills in Oracle database administration and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹25 lakhs - ₹50 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
