Job DescriptionThis pivotal role involves developing components within mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, and electric vehicle sectors. Collaborate with suppliers to refine products for manufacturability and contribute to a growing portfolio focused on future-ready mobility solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
- Exposure to EV/mechatronic systems is a plus.
- Design & prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
- Gather insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development.
- Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures (FEA validation).
- Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
- Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
- Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
- Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes.
