Lead AI/ML Engineer

This position requires a visionary technologist who can spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers to ensure successful project deployment and collaboration with stakeholders to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored proposals.
  • Demonstrations and Workshops: Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates in line with customer requirements.
  • Model Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI models generating content such as text, images, or other media.
  • AI Solutions: Engage in coding, designing, developing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions.
  • Expertise Utilization: Leverage expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to drive technology development.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Actively lead projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions.
  • Strategic Development: Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate and increase profitability.
  • Technology Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Employ logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
