Job Title: Senior Pharma Project Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to lead our projects in the pharma industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing projects within the constraints of the project triangle.

You will be responsible for ensuring that project goals and targets are achieved on time, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, and SCM teams to execute project activities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to QA and regulatory requirements of the pharma industry.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 9-15 years of experience in program management, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • B.Tech./M.Tech./ M.Sc. / MBA qualification.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
