As a UX Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting user-centered experiences across our digital products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop solutions
  • Apply design thinking and problem-solving methodologies to meet business objectives
  • Advocate for user interests and promote a culture of design within the organization
  • Design intuitive interactions that empower users with information and collect data seamlessly
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a designer in a related field (e.g., human-computer interaction, fine arts)
  • Bachelor's degree in a design field or equivalent experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach, process, storytelling, and definition of design work through development
  • The ability to communicate complex information in written, visual, and verbal forms
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complex domains, organizations, and technologies
  • Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus
  • Experience working with enterprise software products and applying design systems
