**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market presence and drive growth

  • Oversee sales processes to ensure efficient and effective client management and service delivery

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry

  • Proven experience in dealing with hoteliers, tour operators, and other tourism service providers

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing a team of at least 10 people
